Eligibility

  • This Promotion is open to all registered members of the Comoclub Recognition Programme (“Comoclub”). ("Eligible Comoclubbers").
  • To enter the Lucky Draw, Eligible Comoclubbers must have a registered Comoclub account ID.
  • Unregistered Comoclubbers will not qualify for the Lucky Draw. Registration of the Comoclub Recognition Programme can be done at https://www.comoclub.com/signup.

Promotion Period

  • The Promotion is valid from 1 July 2022 to 28 August 2022 (both dates inclusive).

Promotion Mechanics

  • During the Promotion Period, every gross spend of $1,000 (in a single receipt or accumulated) with a valid Comoclubber account ID at any establishments across the COMO Group, ("Qualifying Spend") will entitle the Eligible Comoclubber to the following lucky draw chances ("Lucky Draw"):      i. One establishment - 1 (ONE) Lucky Draw chance will be allocated.   ii. Two or more establishments - 2 (Two) Lucky Draw chances will be allocated.      Examples:   A gross spend of $1,000 at Club21 with a Comoclubber ID: 1 Lucky Draw chance earned   A further gross spend of another $1,000 at Kids21 with a Comoclubber ID: 2 Lucky Draw chances earned   

  • To enter the Lucky Draw, Eligible Comoclubbers will have to:      i. Swipe a valid Club21 card or present a Comoclubber ID number at the point of purchase to record the purchase. If the Comoclubber ID is not verified or identified at the point of purchase, no Lucky Draw chances will be allocated.   ii. Consent under the PDPA to the collection, use and disclosure of the Winner’s personal data by/to EMAPPL and their agent or vendors of and such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that he/she has read and agrees to be bound by the terms of the General Notification On Personal Data Collection, Use & Disclosure for Comoclubber, a copy of which can be found on https://www.comoclub.com/web-privacy-policy. For avoidance of doubt, missing fields or invalid inputs will be disqualified.

    Eligible Comoclubbers must ensure email and mobile contact particulars are valid and in use for Qualifying Spend to be retrieved. Particulars on the Comoclub account can be updated via the Comoclub Mobile Application for iPhone® or AndroidTM.

  • Calculation of Qualifying Spend is based on the transaction date of the gross spend made at participating establishments across the COMO Group.

  • Lucky draw chances accumulated are non-transferable and cannot be combined with the Lucky Draw chances accumulated by any other Eligible Participant.

Selection of Winners

  • There will be a total of 1 winner for the electronic Lucky Draw ("Winner"), consisting of the following Lucky Draw prize ("Prize"):   Lucky Draw   Eligible entries from 1 July to 28 August 2022

  • There is no limit to the number of entries, but each Eligible Participant is eligible to win only one prize.

  • The Lucky Draw will be conducted on 8 September 2022 ("Draw Date"). Eligible entries from 1 July to 28 Aug 2022 will qualify for the Lucky Draw.

  • Unless COMO Club Pte Ltd (CCPL) notifies otherwise, the Lucky Draw will be conducted in the presence of an external auditor on the above Draw Date at 11am (or on such other dates as CCPL may determine at its sole and absolute discretion) at 6B Orange Grove Road, Singapore 258332 or at such other venue as may be determined by CCPL.

  • Winners will be notified by CCPL through email at their registered email address and contacted via telephone regarding the Prize collection details and for their consent to disclose or publish their information on the Comoclub website. In the event that CCPL is unable to contact the winner for any reason through this first phone call, CCPL will make a further two (2) attempts to contact the winner during office hours (9.00am – 6.00pm) over two consecutive days from the first call made. In the event that all such attempts are unsuccessful or if the winner does not provide us with his/her consent for his/her information to be published on the Comoclub website, CCPL reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to award the Prize to the next reserve winner drawn by CCPL.

  • The results of the Lucky Draw will be published on the Comoclub website (https://www.comoclub.com/f12022winner).

  • The winning Comoclubber must produce his or her email, phone number and a Comoclubber ID for verification purposes before the Prize is issued.

  • CCPL shall not be responsible or liable for any defect or malfunction in the Prize and/or for any loss, injury, damage, harm suffered or incurred or in connection with the receipt, use or enjoyment of the Prize by any person.

Prizes

  • Prize collection for the Lucky Draw is by 15 September 2022. If the winner of the Prize does not acknowledge the Prize he/she has won by the end of such stipulated period, CCPL reserves the right and has the absolute discretion to award the Prize to the next reserve winner drawn by CCPL.
  • Any Lucky Draw Prize unclaimed by 22 September 2022 will be forfeited and will be dealt with at the sole discretion of CCPL.
  • By accepting the prize, the Winner agrees to be photographed and allows CCPL to use his/her name and image for publicity purposes in connection with the Promotion without any further compensation and/or further notification.
  • All prizes cannot be exchanged for cash, other denominations or other goods/services, and are subject to prevailing terms and conditions of use.
  • CCPL reserves the right to, at any time and in its sole and absolute discretion, replace and/or substitute the Prizes(s) with any other item of its choosing.
  • CCPL makes no warranties or representations (whether express or implied) on the quality, value, merchantability or suitability with respect to the Prize. CCPL will not be liable or responsible for the quality, service or any defect/malfunction of the Prize and/or any loss, injury or damage that may be suffered or incurred by any person in connection with the Prize or the use of the Prize. The winners and/or any other persons who benefit from the Prize shall accept and enjoy the Prize at their own risk.
  • CCPL is not an agent of the manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers. Any dispute about the value, quality, condition or service standard of the Prize must be resolved directly with the respective manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers of the Prize.
  • Any enquiries and redemptions regarding the Promotion should be directed to CCPL. Agents of the manufacturer, merchants and/or suppliers are not a participant in or sponsor of this promotion.

Participation and Personal Data

  • By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Comoclubbers are subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Eligible Comoclubber shall consent and/or is deemed to have consented, to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her Personal Data as set out in the clauses below, or as may be set out in any subsequent revised versions of the same:
  • CCPL may disclose the Eligible Cardmember’s Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of the PDPA (including all subsidiary legislation made thereunder), or where otherwise required by law.
  • The Eligible Comoclubber also agrees that CCPL may use the Personal Data to provide the Eligible Comoclubber with marketing materials relating to COMO Group-related promotions or any services available at any or all of the COMO Group Businesses from time to time (collectively, "Marketing Materials"). CCPL may transfer the Personal Data to the Specified Third Parties for the purpose of providing Marketing Materials to the Eligible Cardmember. CCPL will not disclose the Personal Data to other third parties for marketing by such third parties without the Eligible Comoclubber's consent.
  • The Eligible Comoclubber may require CCPL or any of the persons stated in Paragraph (b) not to use the Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, and in such an event, the said Comoclubber will no longer be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws. The Eligible Comoclubber may also choose to opt-out of receiving the Marketing Materials after the Promotion Period by writing in to the Comoclub Customer Service at team@comoclub.com during its operating hours - Monday to Fridays, (public holidays excluded), between 9:00am to 6:00pm.The Eligible Cardmember will cease to receive the Marketing Materials within thirty (30) days after receipt of his/her request to opt out.

Other Terms and Conditions

  • CCPL shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the evoucher awarded during the Promotion.

  • In addition to the terms and conditions set out herein, the Comoclub’s Terms and Conditions and the General Notification On Personal Data Collection, Use & Disclosure for Comoclubbers shall apply.   • All winners must abide by Singapore GP's terms and conditions
  • The terms and conditions for this Promotion may be revised from time to time at CCPL’s sole discretion without prior notice.
  • CCPL's decision on all matters relating to this Promotion shall be final and binding. CCPL reserves the right not to enter into any correspondence or communication with any party in relation to such decisions.

Eligibility

  • This Promotion is open to all Singapore registered members of the Comoclub Recognition Programme (“Comoclub”). ("Eligible Comoclubbers").
  • To qualify for the Giveaway, Eligible Comoclubbers must have a registered Comoclub account ID.

Promotion Period

  • The Promotion is valid from 7 July 2022 to 28 August 2022 (both dates inclusive).

Promotion Mechanics

  • During the Promotion Period, every gross spend (in a single receipt or accumulated) with a valid Comoclubber account ID at any Club21 establishments, ("Qualifying Spend") will entitle the Eligible Comoclubber to the following tickets ("Giveaway"):    - Spend $50k at C21 and get x2 three-day tickets

     - Spend $40k at C21 and get x1 three-day ticket

     - Spend $25k at C21 and get x2 Saturday tickets

     - Spend $20k at C21 and get x1 Saturday ticket

     - Spend $15k at C21 and get x2 Friday tickets

     - Spend $10k at C21 and get x1 Friday ticket  

  • Usage of vouchers of any kind will not be counted towards the accumulated spend.

  • To qualify for the Giveaway, Eligible Comoclubbers will have to:   i.Swipe a valid Club21 card or present a Comoclubber ID number at the point of purchase to record the purchase. Awarding Qualified-Shop

  • Calculation of Qualifying Shop is based on the transaction date of the gross spend made at participating establishments across the COMO Group.
  • Each Comoclubber is eligible to a maximum of four Race Passes during the entire duration of the F1 campaign period.
  • The category of the Race Passes issued is strictly dependent on each Comoclubber's highest accumulated spend between Jul 7 and Aug 28 2022, as defined in the Race Passes category.
  • Race Passes are limited and available on a first come, first served basis.
  • Qualified Comoclubber will be notified by CCPL through email at their registered email address and contacted via telephone regarding the Giveaway collection details and for their consent to disclose or publish their information on the Comoclub website. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Our cancellation policy is in place to ensure all our Comoclubbers get access to these limited, specially-curated items.
  • Kindly inform us in writing at team@comoclub.com for any cancellations.
  • Cancellations made 48 hours prior to the selected ticket date will not be refunded
  • Cancellations made 1 week prior to the selected ticket date and time will be subject to a 50% charge
  • Cancellations made over a week before the selected ticket date and time will incur a 25% charge
  • Comoclub reserves the right at their reasonable discretion to vary, add or delete the terms at any time.
