It’s always lovely to have some extra time to spend with your kids when the school holidays come around. But for some parents, it can be a challenge to fill their calendar for the entire five week break. It’s important to keep your child active and engaged, both physically and mentally. The school holidays are a good opportunity to introduce your child to new ways to learn and explore–things they may not have the chance to do during the term. Travelling is always a wonderful idea, particularly now that many restrictions have been lifted. But if you’re looking for an extra dose of inspiration for an enriching break, here are a few that you might enjoy:
This adorable session, designed specifically for 3 to 6 year olds, introduces kids to engaging yoga poses. Your little ones will let their imaginations roam, while also learning the basics about breathwork and meditation techniques to channel their energies.
Our new family club b_together has designed a series of week-long summer camps for your children to learn more about our wonderful planet and what we can all do to take care of it through exploration, storytelling and play.
Engage your child’s senses in a whole new way: by tasting water. Together you can both learn the fascinating nuances, flavour and texture differences among distilled, mineral, sparkling water and more.
With a little bit of planning and some help from us, you can ensure that your kids will have an enjoyable and memorable school holiday.
