COTE Singapore is the first international address of COTE Korean Steakhouse, the Michelin-starred restaurant in New York City by restaurateur Simon Kim. Ippoh Tempura Bar by Ginza Ippoh

Ippoh Tempura Bar by Ginza Ippoh is the perfect destination for those seeking authentic Osaka-style tempura. The restaurant is helmed by Chef Masaru Seki, a fifth-generation tempura specialist from the renowned Ginza Ippoh in Tokyo, who brings his expertise to Singapore. Expect a menu of expertly crafted, delicately battered tempura showcasing seasonal, all-natural ingredients.


Chef Malcolm Lee's second restaurant, Pangium is a tasting menu-only restaurant that will take you on a journey through Straits Cuisine. Located within The Orangery at the Gallop Extension of the Singapore Botanic Gardens, Pangium is an elegant and intimate space that offers diners a rare perspective of a 163-year-old tropical garden, which is also a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar

The Dempsey Cookhouse and Bar by renowned French Chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten serves a range of contemporary European dishes with an Asian twist. This restaurant's chic and modern setting, surrounded by the lush greenery of Dempsey Hill, makes it perfect for a romantic dinner or a night out with friends. Don't forget to try their signature dishes like the egg caviar, and the black truffle and fontina pizza.

Torno Subito

‘Torno Subito’ means ‘I’ll be right back’ in colloquial Italian. It is a culinary concept by internationally acclaimed chef Massimo Bottura, the mastermind behind three-Michelin-starred Osteria Francescana in Modena. This new Singapore restaurant at COMO Dempsey comes with Bottura’s passion for authentic flavours, in a playfully designed space suitable for all the family. Signature dishes include ‘I Love Pizza’ — a classic Margherita with a super light and airy crust — as well as Torno Subito’s signature dessert, Tiramisubito. Opening soon.


The tasting menus at Iggy’s are updated to reflect each micro-season, incorporating the best produce from around the world in a menu which is predominantly modern European fusion. Restaurateur-Sommelier Ignatius Chan has built an exceptional wine list since establishing his restaurant at voco Orchard in 2004 — with predominantly Burgundy wines from renowned wine makers and up-and-coming talents — curated to elevate your dining experience.


If you love wine, but find wine bars intimidating, FOOL at Boon Tat Street in the CBD is a modern wine bar that champions unpretentious and explorative drinking. From their splashy wine list to the very approachable staff, FOOL presents wine in a refreshing and engaging way, combined with a delicious line-up of snacks and small plates. Don’t miss their chicken liver éclair with date and Madeira, which works as both appetiser and dessert.


Chef-owner Ivan Brehm describes Nouri’s cuisine as ‘crossroads cooking.’ This Michelin-starred fine dining restaurant on Amoy Street explores the intersection of ingredients and global cultures in its menu, with an academic rigour in the way Brehm approaches his art. Each dish holds a story or a concept that celebrates both nourishment and connection, leaving you with an experience that is both satisfying and profound.


Appetite is the sister restaurant of Nouri and lives one floor above it. It brings together an R&D kitchen, lounge, record bar, art gallery, and events venue to create a new kind of community across boundaries. The à la carte menu contains a wide array of snacks, tapas, and small plates in a space that exudes a warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like home.


Meatsmith is an American smokehouse featuring custom-built Southern Pride Smokers. It’s a place to enjoy the masterful art of smoked meats and classic American BBQ. Located in the heart of Singapore's CBD along the lively Telok Ayer Road, this is a great, super-casual place to bring your favourite meat-loving friends for a satisfying meal.


Yantra’s menu is a collaboration between esteemed Indian culinary historian Pritha Sen, and Executive Chef Pinaki Ray. Together. They’ve woven together recipes tucked away both in grandmothers’ kitchens and recipes once exclusive to chefs from royal households, with niche ingredients sourced from all over Asia. Yantra offers an eye-opening voyage through India’s rich flavours and cultural history from a quiet, elegantly-appointed corner of Tanglin mall.
