This new Singapore restaurant at COMO Dempsey comes with Bottura’s passion for authentic flavours, in a playfully designed space suitable for all the family. Iggy's
The tasting menus at Iggy’s are updated to reflect each micro-season, incorporating the best produce from around the world in a menu which is predominantly modern European fusion. Yantra
Yantra’s menu is a collaboration between esteemed Indian culinary historian Pritha Sen, and Executive Chef Pinaki Ray. Together. They’ve woven together recipes tucked away both in grandmothers’ kitchens and recipes once exclusive to chefs from royal households, with niche ingredients sourced from all over Asia.
