2019 was considered an exceptional vintage in Burgundy, while 2021 presented significant challenges, particularly for Pinot Noir. This remarkably small harvest has resulted in a wine characterised by elegance, aromatic depth, and textural finesse — thanks to Laurent’s skilled guidance and technical expertise.
