Iggy's Traditional Christmas Pudding

Bring along this traditional Christmas pudding by Iggy's as a fittingly sweet end to any festive gathering. It was first created in 2020 as a bespoke commission for a long time Iggy's guest. The Christmas pudding is made from macerating dried cranberries, prunes, sour cherries, sultanas, black raisins, red currants and dates in Hine Cognac and Grand Marnier for more than 12 months. Low GI coconut sugar is used as sweetener.
To serve, please remove the pudding lid, cover the tub with an aluminium foil and steam for 30 minutes, then rest for 5 minutes. Remove foil, invert pudding onto plate and prepare to flambé. Recommended to flambé with either brandy, whiskey, rum or Grand Marnier and serve with brandy sauce, double cream, or even ice-cream.

Iggy's Candied Ginger & Date Pudding

Introducing the newest gem in Iggy’s Festive Sweets Collection: the alcohol-free candied ginger and date pudding, crafted by Iggy's Head Chef, Jake Lee and team.
This pudding masterfully combines traditional festive flavors, infusing the warmth of cloves, cinnamon, and nutmeg with the delectable sweetness of candied ginger, Medjool dates, and black sesame. Each bite is a molten consistency that melts effortlessly in your mouth.
The pudding is accompanied by a rich, butterscotch-like salted caramel sauce that complements its warm and comforting character, making it a standout centerpiece for any festive occasion.
For optimal enjoyment, remove the pudding’s plastic cover and replace it with aluminum foil. Steam in a traditional steamer or steam oven at 100°C for 30 minutes. Once steamed, remove from the steamer, rest it for 5 minutes before serving. Slice the Ginger and Date Pudding and serve it warm. Heat the salted caramel sauce until warm and drizzle generously for an indulgent finish.
