This July features a seasonal menu specially curated by Nobu’s Corporate Sushi Chef, Chef Toshiyuki Shiramizu, featuring dishes like maguro uni tempura, albacore with baby artichoke, and Japanese Spanish mackerel paired with yuzu kosho sauce.
Known for his refined approach to Japanese-Peruvian cuisine, Chef Toshiyuki brings together traditional technique and contemporary influence in a menu focused on freshness, balance, and layered flavours.
The menu will be available throughout July, with Chef Toshiyuki in residence from 3 July to 8 July, offering guests a rare opportunity to experience his craftsmanship firsthand.
