A celebration of modernity and heritage, this cocktail collection is a spirited homage to Singapore’s rich cultural mosaic. Inspired by the traditions of the Chinese, Malay, Indian and various other ethnicities in the community, each creation tells a story through flavours drawn from time-honoured cuisines, vibrant festivals and treasured rituals.
In this collection, the One-Ninety Bar has created four unique drinks from each of Singapore's main ethnic groups, forming 16 beverages to choose from. Try drinks like Rojak Sour (vodka, rojak cordial), Serai Fizz (highball, lemongrass notes, ginger, soda), and Royalty Scone (fat-washed gin, tea notes), among other refreshingly local flavours.
