FOR KOOZA TICKETS: - Advanced reservations of 3 working days is required. - Once payment for tickets has been made, refunds and changes in dates or ticket types will not be permitted. - Comocredits will be issued to your account after the show date. FOR TRAVEL PACKAGES: - To qualify for this offer, this travel package must be purchased through the Comocrew, which includes both tickets and a room. - Once payment has been made for tickets, refunds or changes in tickets will not be permitted. - The Comoclubber must be present during check-in. - A credit card authorisation is required to secure the room booking. The credit cardholder must be present at check-in for security. - Any changes to room booking dates must be made at least 3 days prior to check-in. - Changes to room bookings within 3 days of check-in will incur a 100% charge. - No-show penalties will be charged at the full rate. - Room charges are to be paid directly to COMO Metropolitan Singapore.
