Offer is valid when an eligible Visa card is used.
The promotion is valid for Basic and Supplementary Card Members.
Existing Comoclub memberships of C4, C5 and C6 are not eligible for this promotion.

Promotion Mechanics

Eligible Cardholder must sign up for Comoclub membership via https://www.comoclub.com/visa/infinite and https://www.comoclub.com/visa/signature to be eligible for the above promotion.
Eligible Cardholder with existing Comoclub membership of lower tier (C1/C2/C3) must sign up via the same sign-up links above to be upgraded to C4 membership.

MEMBERSHIP

The complimentary Comoclub C4 membership will be valid for twelve (12) months on a complimentary basis, upon completion of the 2-night stay.
Birthday treats listed on Comoclub's website are subject to earned tier qualifications only, and not applicable for accounts upgraded through this complimentary Comoclub C4 membership.
To remain on Comoclub C4 membership, a minimum renewal spending requirement of SGD7,500 needs to be met within the twelve (12) months of complimentary Comoclub C4 membership. After the complimentary twelve (12) months provided by Comoclub, should the renewal spending requirement of SGD7,500 in twelve (12) months not be met, the Comoclub membership will be downgraded by one (1) tier (from C4 membership to C3 membership). The same will apply in the following year if the renewal spending requirement of Comoclub is not met.
The complimentary Comoclub C4 membership is mutually exclusive with any other promotions, campaigns or offers, and cannot be combined and is not valid with any other upgrading promotions, campaigns or offers. If the applicant has previously redeemed a Comoclub membership offer with any other third parties, such applicants will not be eligible for the promotion.
An individual cannot hold more than one (1) Comoclub account at any one time.

EARN

Eligible Cardholder can earn Comocredits on paid nights at COMO Hotels and Resorts with a Comoclub membership.

WELCOME VOUCHER - COMPLIMENTARY 1-NIGHT STAY

The welcome gift voucher of a 1-night complimentary stay with 2 paying nights is valid for 12 months from date of upgrade to C4 tier.
The complimentary 1-night stay will be applied to the lowest day rate of the preferred stay dates.
The promotion is valid for one-time redemption per eligible Cardholder during the promotion period.
Your Comoclub privileges are valid only when you have been successfully upgraded to the membership tier. Any privileges that have expired before your successful membership upgrade will be forfeited.

Participation and Personal Data

By participating in this Promotion, Eligible Comoclubbers are subject to these Terms and Conditions. The Eligible Comoclubber shall consent and/or is deemed to have consented, to the collection, use, and disclosure of his/her Personal Data as set out in the clauses below, or as may be set out in any subsequent revised versions of the same:

Comoclub Pte Ltd (CCPL) may disclose the Eligible Cardmember’s Personal Data in accordance with the provisions of the PDPA (including all subsidiary legislation made thereunder), or where otherwise required by law.
The Eligible Comoclubber also agrees that CCPL may use the Personal Data to provide the Eligible Comoclubber with marketing materials relating to COMO Group-related promotions or any services available at any or all of the COMO Group Businesses from time to time (collectively, "Marketing Materials"). CCPL may transfer the Personal Data to the Specified Third Parties for the purpose of providing Marketing Materials to the Eligible Cardmember. CCPL will not disclose the Personal Data to other third parties for marketing by such third parties without the Eligible Comoclubber's consent.
The Eligible Comoclubber may require CCPL or any of the persons stated in Paragraph (b) not to use the Personal Data for direct marketing purposes, and in such an event, the said Comoclubber will no longer be eligible to participate in the Lucky Draws. The Eligible Comoclubber may also choose to opt-out of receiving the Marketing Materials after the Promotion Period by writing in to the Comoclub Customer Service at team@comoclub.com during its operating hours - Monday to Fridays, (public holidays excluded), between 9:00am to 6:00pm.The Eligible Cardmember will cease to receive the Marketing Materials within thirty (30) days after receipt of his/her request to opt out.

Other Terms and Conditions

CCPL shall not be responsible or liable for any claim, loss or damage whatsoever or howsoever arising out of or in connection with the Promotion or the voucher awarded during the Promotion.
