HOW DO I EXCHANGE COMOCREDITS FOR COMOMOMENTS AND COMOPICKS REWARDS?

Exchange your Comocredits for moments and picks through the Comoclub app. All you have to do is reserve your items or book your slots before they run out.

CAN I USE MY COMOCREDITS FOR THE SAME REWARD MORE THAN ONCE?

Yes. You can exchange your Comocredits for the same reward as many times as you’d like, as long as you have sufficient Comocredits and the reward is still available.

I’VE JUST USED MY COMOCREDITS FOR A COMOMOMENT. HOW DO I CLAIM IT?

Comomoments and Comopicks that you have redeemed will be kept and stored safely on the Comoclub app in the Wallet section until you use it or until it expires.

I’VE CHANGED MY MIND ABOUT A COMOPICK AND WOULD LIKE TO CANCEL MY ORDER. HOW DO I DO THIS?

Cancellations will depend on respective redemption Terms and Conditions. Contact us at team@comoclub.com and we will be on hand to assist.

I’M NO LONGER ABLE TO ATTEND A COMOMOMENT THAT I'VE BOOKED. WILL MY FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER OR ANOTHER COMOCLUBBER BE ABLE TO TAKE MY SPOT?

You may redeem as many spots you wish to for your friends and family. However, Comoclubbers must be present on the day of the Comomoment you reserved to provide the QR code. Respective redemption Terms and Conditions apply.

AM I ABLE TO GIFT A COMOPICK THAT I’VE PURCHASED TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY?

Absolutely! We can deliver to an address and recipient of your choice.

HOW DO I VIEW REDEMPTIONS I'VE MADE?

Your redemption history can be viewed in-app. Once logged in, go to Wallet.

I REDEEMED A SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE, HOW CAN I CHANGE OR UPDATE MY ADDDRESS?
