HOW AND WHERE CAN I EARN COMOCREDITS?

Once you create a Comoclub account, you'll instantly earn Comocredits on all purchases made at any of the COMO Group’s boutiques, restaurants, hotels and lifestyle spaces below:

  • Club21 boutiques (Singapore, Hong Kong, Indonesia, Malaysia, Taiwan and Thailand)
  • Club21Global.com and Kids21.com (online)
  • SuperNature stores (Singapore)
  • COMO Dempsey, including Grandiflora and Culina (Singapore)
  • COMO Shambhala Urban Escape (Singapore)
  • Kids21 boutiques
  • Dover Street Market Singapore (Singapore)
  • COMO Hotels and Resorts
  • Partners and affiliates

HOW MANY COMOCREDITS WILL I EARN ON EACH PURCHASE?

The amount of Comocredits you earn on each purchase will be multiplied by your tier number. In C3, you'll earn 3 Comocredits for every S$1 you spend across the COMO Group.

HOW CAN I KEEP TRACK OF MY COMOCREDITS?

Track your Comocredit balance instantly through the Comoclub app by clicking on the Comoclub icon on the top right and going to settings. You will also receive a monthly Comocredit statement via email.

WHEN WILL MY COMOCREDITS EXPIRE?

At C4 ,C5, C6, all Comocredits you earn will be valid for 36 months from the date of transaction. For example, Comocredits earned on a purchase made on 1st December, 2021 can be exchanged for Comomoments or Comopicks until 11:59 PM on 31st December, 2024.

CAN I TRANSFER MY COMOCREDITS TO A FRIEND, FAMILY MEMBER, OR ANOTHER COMOCLUBBER?

Unfortunately not. All Comocredits are issued to the Comoclubber who made the purchase and are non-transferable.

I'VE JUST MADE A PURCHASE. WHEN WILL MY COMOCREDITS APPEAR IN MY ACCOUNT?

For in-person purchases made at the Club21 stores in Singapore, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Taiwan, Thailand; the COMO Dempsey in Singapore (including Grandiflora and Culina); the COMO Shambhala Urban Escape in Singapore; Kids21 in Singapore; Dover Street Market Singapore; and all COMO Hotels and Resorts locations, Comocredits will appear in your account instantly once your transaction is complete.

WHAT IF I DON’T RECEIVE MY MONTHLY COMOCREDIT STATEMENT?

Check that your email address has been entered correctly. You can check in the app by going to Profile > Contact Details. If you’re still unable to access your monthly statement, contact us at team@comoclub.com .

I RECEIVED A COMOCLUB GIFT VOUCHER. HOW DO I USE THIS?

Comoclub Gifts Vouchers can be sent by anyone. As a recipient (lucky you!) you will need to be a Comoclubber to use the voucher. Not a Comoclubber yet? Sign up here.

CAN I EARN COMOCREDITS ON PROMOTIONAL AND SALE ITEMS?

Comocredits will not be issued on the following type of purchases, or at the following locations, across the COMO Group:

  • At any sale location
  • Purchases where vouchers are used for payment
  • Bazaar purchases
  • Club21 Collectibles
  • Purchases where the discount is 60% or higher off the original retail price
  • Promotional items (including hampers, bulk buys and delivery fees) at SuperNature Singapore stores, unless otherwise stated)
  • Promotional items (including hampers, bulk buys and delivery fees) at Culina Dempsey, unless otherwise stated)

WHAT HAPPENS TO MY COMOCREDITS IF I RETURN THE ITEM THAT I EARNED THEM FROM?

As refunds on Club21 purchases made in-store will only be issued in the form of store credits, Comocredits will not be deducted from your account. However, you won't be able to earn any Comocredits from using your store credit.

I FORGOT TO PROVIDE MY COMOCLUBBER ID. CAN I STILL EARN COMOCREDITS?

Retroactive Comocredit claims are eligible across the COMO Group, and must be submitted no later than three months from the date of the receipt or invoice. Submit your receipt(s) to team@comoclub.com and the Comocrew will contact you once it has been validated and processed.
