WHAT ARE THE DIFFERENT COMOCLUB MEMBERSHIP TIERS, AND HOW DO THEY WORK?

There are six Comoclub membership tiers, which unlock access to exclusive Comoperks and benefits as you move up in tier. The tier you're in will determine the rate at which you can earn Comocredits. At C2 for example, you'll earn 2 Comocredits for every S$1 you spend across the COMO Group. These Comocredit multipliers allow you to earn Comocredits faster as you upgrade to the higher tiers. HOW DO I MOVE UP THE NEXT COMOCLUB MEMBERSHIP TIER STATUS?

Comoclubbers can qualify for the next tier by achieving the minimum spend over 12 months. To continue enjoying your current tier status, you will need to meet the minimum spend to renew within 12 months as well. The minimum spend to qualify for the next tier or renew your current tier can be found below:

WHAT HAPPENS IF I DON’T SPEND THE AMOUNT REQUIRED TO MAINTAIN/RENEW MY TIER STATUS?

Comoclubbers with a C2, C3, C4, C5 or C6 status who do not reach the minimum tier renewal amount will return to the previous tier status. Comoclubbers with a C1 status will not see any change to their status and remain at C1.

DOES MY COMOCLUB MEMBERSHIP RENEW AUTOMATICALLY?

Yes, your membership will renew automatically based on renewal or upgrade qualifications. Once a Comoclubber, always a Comoclubber.

HOW SOON AFTER PAYMENT WILL MY TIER UPGRADE TAKE EFFECT?

Upon spending the required amount to qualify for a tier upgrade, our Comocrew will need 24 hours to process your upgrade. You will be notified once the upgrade has been processed.
